Terms of Service

These terms cover any work you buy from Bigwyn Enterprises LLC ("Bigwyn", "we"). By paying for a service, you agree to them.

The work

We deliver what's described in the service listing or in the written plan we send you. Changes to that plan are agreed in writing (email is fine) and may change the price.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Website builds start with a deposit, and the balance is invoiced when your site is ready to launch. Care plans renew monthly until you cancel.

Your costs

Your domain name, hosting and any paid apps your site uses are in your name and paid by you, so you always own and control them.

Your part

You'll send us the text, photos, logins and approvals we need. If we're waiting on you for more than 30 days, we may pause the project.

Who owns the work

You own the finished files once the order is paid in full. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Your content

You confirm you have the rights to everything you send us, like logos, photos and text. We make original work only and won't copy other brands, famous characters or real people's faces.

AI tools

We use AI tools to do much of the work. A person reviews and approves everything before you see it, and we label AI-made content where a platform requires it.

Refunds

Limits

We work hard to get things right, but we can't promise a site or video will produce a particular number of sales or views. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

Law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Colorado.
