Refund Policy

We want you to feel safe paying us. Here is exactly when you can get your money back.

Website diagnosis ($75 or $150)

The diagnosis covers review and a written repair quote only. It does not include repairs. Full refund if you cancel before we start looking at your site. Once we've delivered the diagnosis and quote, the fee is not refundable, but it counts toward the repair if you hire us. If we find your site needs the $150 diagnosis after you paid $75, we'll ask before charging the difference, and you can get a full refund instead.

Website build deposits ($100 and $300)

Full refund if you cancel within 3 days of paying and before we start work. After work starts, the deposit is not refundable, because it pays for design and build time already spent. If we can't deliver what we agreed in your written plan, you get your deposit back.

Final balance

You pay the balance only after you approve your finished site. If something isn't right, we fix it before you pay.

Quick builds

If we can't deliver a quick build you paid for, you get a full refund. Once you approve the preview and receive the final files, the order is complete and not refundable.

Monthly care plans ($25 and $50)

Cancel anytime by email. Cancelling stops the next charge. We don't refund part of a month already paid, and your plan keeps working until the end of that month.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
